Our Story

Born on a flat-top. Built around the burger.

FlameBox started in 2023 as a one-pan smash-burger stall outside a pub. Two mates, one cast-iron, and the conviction that a £4 frozen patty was an insult to a proper burger.

Two years on, we've moved into a proper kitchen, added pizza and sides, and we still grind our own beef on Monday morning. No suppliers' frozen mix. No "heritage" gimmicks. Just food we'd queue for ourselves.
